Special Members meeting
March 14th 2024 7:00pm - 8:00pm
A special members meeting will be held to ratify changes to the constitution.
In order to maintain provincial funding, a Not-for-Profit clause must be added to the Constitution. While we have it open, there are also a number of small housekeeping changes that will also be made.
Details of the changes will be distributed to the membership via the mailing list at least 15 days prior to the meeting.
